You can meet with an IBCLC during pregnancy to prepare for breastfeeding, within the first few days after birth, or anytime during your breastfeeding or pumping journey. It’s never too early or too late to ask for support!

We’ll discuss your goals, review your medical and feeding history, observe a feeding if appropriate, assess latch and positioning, answer your questions, and create a personalized plan that works for your family.

Most consultations last 1.5-2 hours, allowing plenty of time to assess feeding, answer questions, and develop a personalized plan.

I am currently working toward becoming in-network with insurance plans. In the meantime, I can provide documentation that may help with reimbursement if your plan offers out-of-network benefits.

Please bring your baby, any breast pump(s), bottles or feeding supplies you use, including nursing pillows, nipple shields, flanges, nipple butter. Lastly, please bring a list of any questions you’d like to discuss!
